On 12 and 13 October 2024, the Open Days of the VriendenLoterij will take place at our museum. These days, it will be very busy in our museum. For an optimal experience of our museum, we advise you to plan your museum visit on another day.
It is possible to book tickets online, but you are not required to do so. It is always a good idea to book tickets online at times when large numbers of visitors can be expected, as is the case in the holiday periods.
Tickets can be bought at the ticket machine in the entrance hall, or at the reception desk.
Booking a time slot is not required.

You can still buy e-tickets on the day you intend to visit the museum.
Visitors who have an account with the museum can rebook their e-tickets.

By creating an account, you don’t need to re-enter your credentials the next time you want to buy tickets. Also after creating an account, you can easily refind the tickets you bought or change the tickets to another date.

(1) Click the profile icon on the top of this screen and choose “Sign up”
(2) Enter your credentials and click the “Sign up” button
(3) Click on the activation link in the e-mail you received. The e-mail is sent from no_reply@enviso.io to the e-mail address you entered.

Admission is free with the Museumkaart. Holders of the Museumkaart need not buy e-tickets. However, we recommend ordering free ‘Reserveringstickets Museumkaart’ to book places on one of the tours. We strongly recommend doing so during the holiday periods.

As VIP-cardholder with the VriendenLoterij you are entitled to free admittance to Discovery Museum. You may also bring one guest for free. What do I have to do? You book the number of tickets you need as ‘Reservation ticket Vriendenloterij VIP CARD’ and scan your VIP Card at the entrance gate. To make use of the (free) entrance ticket for your guest, you go to the information counter.
